Dr. Gabriel Wallace, M.D., is a board-certified vascular surgeon and clinical assistant professor of surgery at the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. A graduate with honors from the University Of Washington School Of Medicine in 2012, Dr. Wallace currently practices at Northwestern Medicine in Palos Heights, Illinois. Dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized surgical care, he specializes in treating arterial and venous diseases.

Additionally, he serves as the medical director of vascular surgery for the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute South Region and medical director of perioperative services. In these leadership roles, he oversees a dedicated team across hospital settings, including the cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, ICU, and operating rooms. He is also highly experienced in aortic surgeries, arterial bypasses, carotid artery procedures, and advanced techniques like Transcarotid Arterial Revascularization (TCAR). Additionally, he works closely with patients suffering from Critical Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLI) and claudication, striving to improve circulation and preserve limb function.
Beyond vascular disease management, Dr. Wallace plays a crucial role in the care of dialysis patients. He performs essential interventions for arteriovenous (AV) dialysis access, including creating, maintaining, and salvaging AV fistulas and grafts, ensuring optimal health for those with kidney failure.
