Pierre-Emmanuel Bonnet, CEONewcard helps healthcare providers maintain that visibility through a remote monitoring model that combines connected medical devices, laboratory data and dedicated clinical support. Backed by more than a decade of real-world experience refining operational workflows, Newcard has developed operational workflows that help healthcare providers manage heart failure and kidney disease through continuous remote monitoring.
“Our conviction: remote monitoring shouldn’t just watch patients, it should understand them. That’s the clinical intelligence Newcard builds, every day, for every patient we monitor,” says Pierre-Emmanuel Bonnet, CEO of Newcard.
That philosophy shapes patient engagement. Patients can participate through a smartphone app connected to medical devices, use a preconfigured tablet when needed or remain in the program through scheduled telephone follow-ups. By offering multiple ways to participate, Newcard helps ensure no patient is excluded because of age or digital literacy. Its paramedical team provides onboarding, training and ongoing support to sustain patient engagement and reliable data collection.
Creating a 360-Degree View of Patient Health
Newcard brings together multiple sources of patient information to create a 360-degree view of patient health. Laboratory results are combined with home data collected from the patient’s home through connected devices such as blood pressure monitors, scales, patient questionnaires and other clinical inputs, giving clinicians a more comprehensive view of patient health and supporting earlier detection of clinical changes.
The platform can be tailored to individual patient needs through personalized monitoring parameters, physicianconfigured care pathways and alert thresholds. Our proprietary algorithm used to help identify subtle changes that may warrant earlier intervention.

Reducing Clinical Burden While Supporting Earlier Intervention
Effective remote monitoring succeeds by combining technology with operational workflows that support both patients and clinicians. Newcard has developed workflows that reduce alert fatigue and protect valuable clinical time.
Supporting physicians starts with an efficient clinical workflow. As members of the Newcard allied health team, Newcard’s inhouse nurses and medical assistants, triage alerts, resolve routine issues and escalate clinically relevant information to physicians. Clinicians therefore receive qualified alerts instead of large volumes of raw notifications, allowing them to focus on assessment and treatment decisions, while Newcard manages billing, logistics and specialized applications such as ventricular assist device monitoring.
Supporting Outcomes and Future Growth
When alerts are generated, care teams can assess the situation and determine the appropriate response, whether by adjusting treatment remotely, reinforcing patient education, arranging planned hospitalization or escalating urgent cases when necessary. This allows providers to intervene earlier and manage chronic conditions before they escalate. Regular follow-up also encourages patients to take a more active role in managing their condition, supporting long-term stability.
The same infrastructure also supports clinical research. Newcard’s platform includes an integrated electronic case report form (eCRF) for decentralized and multicenter studies, helping healthcare organizations generate real-world evidence while evaluating new care models. According to findings from the NEWTS3-PLUS study, currently under publication and based on data from the French National Health Data System (SNDS), patients managed with the solution experienced a 55 percent reduction in 12-month all-cause mortality and a 32 percent reduction at 24 months compared with conventional follow-up.
Newcard is expanding its flexible remote monitoring model across healthcare settings and patient populations. By combining customizable technology, clinical expertise and sustained patient support, the company is helping healthcare providers make remote monitoring both clinically effective and practical across diverse care settings.
