Pyx Health Enters into a Partnership Agreement with Health Choice Arizona to Combat Loneliness among Plan's Most Vulnerable Members

Health Choice Arizona, headquartered in Phoenix and covering most of Northern Arizona, partnered with Pyx Health to provide the isolation approach to a pilot group of 5,000 of its participants suffering from severe mental illness.

FREMONT, CA: Pyx Health, a tech-enabled services company that provides health plans and its members an innovative, scalable solution that effectively addresses the nation's critical loneliness epidemic, has declared that it has contracted with Health Choice Arizona to combat loneliness and social isolation among the plan's most vulnerable members.

Pyx Health uses its network to engage with plan participants outside of the conventional care environment through a combination of a smartphone chatbot and human presence through its compassionate support center, thus preventing negative health effects associated with loneliness and social isolation, such as dementia, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.
