Diaverum becomes a signatory to the EPiHC.
FREMONT, CA: Diaverum, a prominent global provider of renal care services, joins Ethical Principles in Health Care (EPiHC), an international cohort committed to developing more sustainable business models via the incorporation of ethical principles.
The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) introduced a set of 10 concise, pragmatic, and universally applicable values on 27 March 2019 to assist private sector healthcare providers in developing transparent and resilient operating systems that adhere to the highest ethical standards. Diaverum has now joined the list of almost 160 signatories, including private healthcare providers, payers, investors, and their respective trade groups. Together with their subsidiaries, partners, and other affiliated companies, the signatories represent nearly 4,000 healthcare facilities in more than 70 countries.
