Goodworks’ support in this space has reduced the outstanding orders to the tune of millions of dollars for one of their clients alone.

They had a pilot to centralize their quality management, indexing, and attaching millions of orders and patient records into their EMR. The client was collaborating with an outsourcing firm that could not scale as quickly and accurately as they desired. Goodworks, upon being hired to assist, quickly met, and then exceeded the client’s volume and quality requirements. This resulted in them saving the pilot and overseeing the complete electronic chart process for the customer ongoing.
